Dark Matter Spiced Rhubarb Liqueur
Dark Matter Spiced Rhubarb Liqueur is made in Banchory, Scotland at the Dark Matter rum distillery from a white rum base spirit.
There are unmistakable notes of sweet and sharp rhubarb on the nose with oriental ginger adding a harmonious spiciness on the palate. Altogether a lovely liqueur (if you like rhubarb) and leaves a satisfying finish.
Great to sip over ice, or try adding to a glass of sparkling wine or with just a bit of good tonic water.
Dark Matter Distillers was founded by brothers Jim & John Ewen and they launched their first product, and Scotland's first rum, in 2015. The purpose built distillery is located in Banchory, Aberdeenshire.
